Regarding periods problem

Hello doctor, I didn't get my periods for the last two months also no pregnant but I m getting abdominal pain  and white discharge. Will I need to check or it will cure on its own. Last year same problem I have faced after taking mensovit plus tablet didn't get my periods then after a long time I have got. Need suggestions to go forward. Thanks.
