Regarding periid after stillbirth

I had stillbirth on august 1st at 24 weeks of my pregnancy...After that i had my periods regulary with 26 days cycle...But i had pain during ovulation...Last month i had periods 2 days prior to my usual cycle that on 8th dec...After that i didn't feel the ovulation pain..But this month i missed period by 3 days...Am so worried...Wat is the remedy to get my periods regulary

I m so sorry for ur loss A week here and a week there is OK variation Still if not planning pregnancy Then go for pregnancy testing
