My daughter had bad nose block .Steam n nasoclear nothing worked.so i gave her otrivin p bed time once.today she seems better..So should I stop giving her or continue for 3 days.

You can give it ONLY when absolutely necessary, and that too for a maximum of 3times a day. Yes it's quite effective, but it can't be given on a routine basis..Stop it once symptoms improve.

As far as possible,avoid it,but if not improving even after steam inhalations,give it ONLY if she can't sleep due to nasal block,that too only at bedtime for 2-3 days. An oral decongestant medicine may help.
