Sir, I have been suffering from crohn's disease for last 1yr taking mesacol od and azoran tablets for that now ,my main sexual problem is while I do speak with a women(she is my colleague)or thinking about her a sticky watery fluid comes out from my panis.This  problem  was also present before my marriage. For your information I am a married man I have a 7 yrs old child. Because the women is my colleague hence I will not be able to avoid her. I have quick discharge problem also, please help me.
