Hi sir My father is 60years old with high bp.. on Monday his reading was 210 Soo he went to hospital and started with tablets.. Wednesday his bp reading is 176 .. without any systems doctor.. he was not having any systems while bp 210... He does angri cultural work.. Can we continue with the tablets or any other precautions needed?

It’s not good to have such high blood pressure Immediately get consultation with your cardiologist at the earliest and titration the drugs for hypertension Get ecg,2d echocardiogram done Many don’t have symptoms with blood pressure,but will have its internal organ damage slowly and acute worsening at times
