I experienced a missed abortion at 8 weeks due to the absence of a heartbeat and fetal pole. Under medical supervision, I took 1 Misoprost tablet two days ago and 4 tablets today. Although I experienced bleeding, cramping, and passed a lemon-sized clot after the first dose, there were no further clots and only mild bleeding since then. I'm concerned that the medication may not have been effective, potentially leading to an incomplete abortion. Could you share any relevant insights or experiences?

After completing the course of medication.. you need to wait for roughly 10 more days.. During this patient will bleed and will passed chunks.. After 10 days get Ultrasound done .. if it suggest retained product of conception then you need to visit gynaecologist..
