I had an unprotected sex encounter 2 months back nd landed up with uti with e coli....was treated with nitrofurantoin Got urine culture STD PANEL(chlamydia,syphilis,HIV,Herpes,hep b,hep c)all came out to be negative But there is a problem now when i masturbate i suffer from lower abdomen pain nd along with that constipation nd lower abdomen gets bit tight....is there some std that i still have
