Regarding medicines swap

This question is related to medicines..I am at present taking medicines such as Rosuvas 20, Janumet 50/500 and Daimicron xR60.. However I found alternatives for thes medicine @80% lesser cost..the Medicines are Rozat 20mg..zitamet 50/500 and Cybelex 60xR.. The formulation for these alternatives seems to be almost same.

Hi if the content and doses are same you can take it...but better consult treating doctors for confirmation just to avoid intake of wrong medications... regards
