Hi I'm using ENSULES CAPSULES for 6 weeks twice a day along with Evion 400 mg twice a day and euroknd plus at lunch doctor suggested to use Evion 400 for three months is it safe to use for long term like 3 months I'm seeing long term consumption of vitamin E cause many disease and some time mortality.
