Sir/Madam, I have crohn's disease since 2018 .My MRI &,COLONOSCOPY report shows that my rectum has narrow. In this regard will I have to undergo surgery or medicine will reduce the risk of recum blockage.currently taking mesalamine, azathioprine, Shelcal,livogen,
