Hello sir/mam,
From last 1 year gradually I'm lossing my muscle mass/ getting very thin physically.
I take proper nutrition on daily basis,& haemoglobin is 10.6 g/dl,
thyroid report is absolutely normal. Also took protein supplements, multivitamin, iron. But no result before 1 year my weight -48kg & currently it is 43 kg.. I've consulted many doctors, they gave this above supplements. But there is no result infact currently still I've feeling, my weight is getting loss also body mass. Sometimes its feel completely energy lost from the body, even can't hold pen while writing .What could be the reason behind this...
Please help me.. what should I do
