Hi, i went for LFT test as a regular checkup also i was feeling a bit of indigestion since i recovered from covid a month back. I'm obese and has been working to reduce my weight constantly. I have attached my reports below, please let me know that is it too worrying or can be managed?

Liver function test shows mild increase in enzymes so get a USG Abdomen done to rule out fatty liver
