Regarding lactation

I was breastfeeding my son till one year. Now he's 19 months and I stopped breast feeding since last 7 months. And stopped lactating in a week. But from last 3-4 days I can see that it started again, not much but I can see few drops. recently I diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency and taking vitamin d and calcium medicine. Is that the reason? Or anything else? What should I do now?

Breastfeeds can be and should be continued till 2 years with supplementary feeds from 6months. Calcium might have little effect but if breastmilk is not expressed it might retain and cause retention cyst/infection.
Next Steps
Its good to breastfeed in this situation.
