Regarding hypopigmented patch and cyst

Hello My son is 2months old,on breastfeeding,hehas hypopigmented white patch on trunk and above right hip joint also he has some cyst kind of on left shoulder. I have attached pictures of it please go through it and help me with diagnosis and treatment. His birth weight was 3.2kg and now he is 5.2kg
