Hi sir exactly 20 days ago I'd safe sex with prostitute(condom didn't torn)(this was the first sexual encounter in my life) and i kissed her during the session I'm non-reactive for all other STD's and hiv serology test-0.09 but cmv is reactive with 170 units I'm having sore throat from the 4th day and oral thrush (oral thrush is getting off after using candid mouth paint) how conclusive are my results what other things do i need to look for later

Can you share oral thrush pictures because it's very unusual to have oral thrush within 4-5 days of exposure because it's a late presentation ( after 2-3 years of exposure )
