Regarding high lymphocytes count

Hi, I got a health check test done from Medlife for my Mother and in the report I see a bit high Lymphocytes % and Lymphocytes count. The Lymphocytes % is 43.6 and the range shown is 20-40 The Lymphocytes count is 3226.4 and the range is 1000-3000 Please let me know if this is proper or it needs any treatment for it. I have attached the photo of the report below
