My wife is 28 year's old . My wife mensuration cycle in uneven and also past 2 months there is black blood clot coming in her mensuration. Before current cycle she also suffers by the some food infection and typhoid because of that she loses her weight. In February she also take unwanted 72 and after then problems getting started ( afterwards I get her into gynaecologist and she did sonography and pregnancy test which comes normal). She also has dizziness due to weakness. I want a suggestion what we need to do and what test she need to undergo to overcome by these problems.
