The fore skin around my penis is getting tighter and tighter day by day.  Earlier when erect i could move the skin back.  But not now.  Is there any solution that doesn't include cutting of my foreskin. My height is 6'1 my weight is 85/86kg.

hey, try to massage it and pull it back gently , there is no other way than cutting it if its constricting penis , there is no medicines
