Hi sir/ mam,we r been diagnosed with fertility issues,like azoospermia and pcod due to which we r failed for conceiving since 10 years ,we finally decided to go for donor by "iui',"my question is can we go by both both eggs and sperm for conceiving ,kindly share possibilities of it" Tq.
