Regarding doxy 1 ldr

I have been taking doxy 1ldr since few days and since I have started taking it I am feel unwell I feel feverish my temperature is 98.4 to 98.8 There is no issue with throat or cold etc . Since I started taking doxy for my acne treatment I am feeling unwell weak feverish .
