Hi From so many months iam suffering from dandruff problem I have tried so different shampoos but there is no use Also i have lice problem also Please see the attached pics of my scalp and hair for more reference Thanks!!!!

You can use permethrin containing hair shampoo to get rid of the lice problem For dandruff if you are using any oil you have to stop it. You can use candid b lotion and noskurf lotion alternate nights for 2 weeks .Wash off the noskurf lotion with a scalpe shampoo or any Ketokonazole nd ZPTO shampoo.
