I was covid positive 1.5 month back and today I tested my self using covid19 antigen kit and it came positive but I don't have any symptoms so do I need to still continue tthe medicines ?

If you are asymptomatic, no need to continue medicines. Sometimes false positive results because of dead viruses and many reasons, so Just u have to continue multivitamins and vitamin c Tablets.
