I was tested covid positive on 18.04.2021...but my symptoms started from 08.04.2021 and subsided.
When should I get the covid test done again.

Plz note No need to do Covid test after successful completion of 17 days home isolation ( 26.04.21) from day of symptom onset if you are asymptomatic ( as per Govt guidelines)
(RTPCR may come positive even after 17 days though you will be non contagious,but it will be confusing, so I don't recommend it)

In general quarantine period of 14 days Is recommend but in your case even after 10 day of symptoms you are getting Covid positive so it will be wise to isolate yourself for next 10days.
And meanwhile if you are not getting any symptoms and 3 days of fever free period you can consider yourself treated.
