Your
Triglycerides are very high and cholesterol as well plus low
HDL. Your reports are suggestive that you are not performing adequate physical exercises.
You immediately require concern in this regard.
1. Start walking at least 30 min in morning and 30 min in evening daily.
2. Cut down on trans fat (consult oline personally for diet chart)
3. Decrease deep fried/high salt intake.
3. Include more fibres in diet.
4. Get your BP checked. Get your
Sugar(FBS/RBS),
Liver function tests examined.
5. Yours is a young age. It wouldn't be the perfect decisoon to switch on to drugs.
Practise this for 6 months and get your fasting lipids repeated after 6 months and follow back.
