Regarding breathing problem.

I'm patient of anxiety from last 7 yrs.So it started with almost 10+ yrs ago,I suffered mild chest pain near heart and mild breathlessness docs couldn't find anything,prescribed psychiatric advice.After that I was okay and I left the meds in few months.went kota for prep,my anxiety issues shoot up,I started feeling tremors,vertigo,overthinking.After almost few months of psychiatric treatment I was almost okay and started taking paroxetin 25 mg.i strtd suffering stomach issues 3 months back like indigestion,blood in stools,loss of appetite, weight loss, breathlessness, increased anxiety issues like tremors,vertigo.w/a CT was done,in which everything was normal but written about lungs "subsegmental atelectasis in postero basal segment of left lower lobe",I consulted few pulmonologists and they prescribed xray,pft, blood test which was normal,but I still feel severe breathlessness.is hrct rq as I am worried of radiation.blood like taste in mouth,mucus when cold water, pressure in nose.
