I am having fasting sugar between 110 and 120 and PP between 150 to 200 from past 9 years and recently a week back my BP is in the range of 140/90. I have been advised to have a strict diet for 3 months and then redo all the tests. I am worried. Kindly advice. I am 41 years old male.
