Regarding baby lower head lymph nodes

My son is 10 month old, he is having 3  lymph nodes on lower head .. now it s little swollen and and he has itching too... But he is very active and not having fever or any other illness... What should I do

Greetings if it's small in size less than 1.2 cm it's normal u can wait and watch if not kindly visit Pediatrician in person
