Sir/ Madam My PGTCA was done in2009. Ecosprine Av75, Metolar xr25 are continued. My Physician had recommended Zolfresh 10 mg in 2018 due to disturbance in sleeping. Since then I am taking this medicine writnow. I want to stop this medicine because now I am feeling tiredness,light headache & lower back pain. All parameters are normal. I want to discontinue this medicine at once because I donot want to habitual of this medicine. I perform the active lifestyle. Your suggestions in this matter are requested.

Zol fresh can be stopped, if you feel dependency you can reduce the dose to 5 mg and later gradually reduce the number of days you require the medicines every week. Later on you can stop the medication. You must take help of exercise yoga meditation for sound sleep and other anxiety related issues. Rest of the medicines as advised by your Cardiologist should be continue.
