Raised urine frequency. poor urine outflow (11ml/s) perineal(saddle pain ) . All this since 11 months urine routine- normal urine culture - E coli took cipro and iv mero for that and after antibiotics culture was sterile. usg- altered echotexture of prostate. (PVR 35ML) Cystoscopy- sphincter spasm, swelled prostate, trabeculated bladder. urodynamics. borderline high bladder pressure, bladder outlet obstruction. tried all salts of alpha blockers tried mirabegron, darifenacin , solifenacin , tolterodine but no relief. tried baclofen for spasm but no relief in flow I am a  mbbs graduate please guide me with this.

U are having overactive bladder can consult urologist for a better treatment

Try Pyridium tablets for a week ...it will stain your urine but will relieve your pain and frequency. Try Tab pregabalin 75 mg bd for a week. Continue mirago s combination for 6 weeks followed by plain mirago 25 mg for 3 months. Review usg abdomen and pelvis with postvoid residue after 6 weeks.
