Vaibhav mittal Sir, you told about aniscoria. But do we call aniscoria for unequal sizes of iris or pupil? My pupil size is same of both eyes but that circular iris part is unequal size. So what could be the reason behind this? And is there any treatment available to reduce the size of iris? My right eye's lower & upper eye lids are always swollen and this right eye 's irirs is larger than left one but pupil size is same of both eyes.
