I am continuously observing a reduction in my penis size now its down to 5 inch maybe on erection...i have had nightfalls a lot and had a habit of masturbation as well......my penis feels stiff....no harder erections anymore ....semen volume has decreased and even premature ejaculation as well.....i have lost muscle mass as well....
