One question. Is it normal if my period flow reduced from 4-5 days heavy flow to 2-3 days medium flow? But my period cycle is regular 28-30days. Thanks. :)

Hello yes your periods are completely normal as you're telling me that the cycle is about 28 to 30 days and the flow is about 4 to 5...do not worry at all..please have food well and drink water well during that time...thank you...
