Mentioned medicines have been given to the baby since 7 days for ear infection and stuffed nose. Baby is fed with homemade baby food and also breastfed. He had urinated around 4 times only since yesterday and hasn't done potty since 5 days. What might be the reason for it?

The compounds in T minic syrup if known to reduce urine in kids. Stopping that would lead to making the urine frequency normal
