Reduced appetite of 3 month old baby gir

My 3 month old baby girl is having reduced appetite since last 3 days. She is not interested in breastfeed at all.

I need to know if baby is active and playful ? How much is urine output ?
Next Steps
After three months babies feed very fast and only when they want .If baby is playful ,active ,normal urine output and not sick not to worry

However if child is full irritable having fever or decreased urine .You need to consult a padiatrician

It happens sometimes , still continue feeding . Bcoz of hot weather baby might have stomach upset also.
