Reduced appetite burping

I m facing this issue of reduced appetite and excessive burping since 3 weeks now. There is no abdomen pain, its just like not feeling the same appetite. Sometimes there is urge to take few deep breaths in between n litle soar throat is there. I am taking creon tablets for pancreatitis. Plz suggest.

For how long he is taking pancreatic enzyme? And why was ot prescribed in the first place? Abdominal bloating could be because of Creon. Life style and the nutrition he takes should be looked in to. Probably lack of exercise in this lockdown is doing it.
Next Steps
Nothing special is to be done. Stop Creon. Include fibre in diet and have some exercise schedule
