Redness inside the right side of nose

The right side of the nose pains occassionally and it is red. I see a tiny hole type thing inside on the tip of the right side...it feels like it's scratched. Kindly suggest some remedies and also is it dangerous?

Hairy part in nose is called vestibule. Donot put finger . If it is painful  u need antibiotics. Need to check if there is pus. Go to ENT doctor
