Redness in left eye since 3 days.

My eyes gets red after I wake up. Also when I am feeling sleepy and tired. I have sinusitis problem also. Since last 3 days my eyes were getting red. Used an eye drop. It reduced the redness but again after some time it turns red. I have attached the prescription,once tell is that okay or I should do some other tests.
