You are facing computer vision syndrome which is quite common and increases on constant and prolonged eye work
Pl follow following suggestions for relief
1- start with lubricating eyedrops 2 hourly
2- follow rule of 20-20-20 during eye work.After every 20 minutes ,take a 20 seconds break and look 20 feet ahead.
3- adequate sleep proper food and plenty of fluids
4- exercise/ yoga/ breathing exercises.
