My mother has redness in eyes and she is a rheumtoid arthritis patient. Can you please suggest any drops to reduce her eye redness?

Eyedrop Moxifloxacin plis Loteprednol one drop 4 timy a day in both eyes for 10 days and Eyedrop Lubrex one drop 3 tiy a day in both eyes for 15 days
