Redness in eye of 4 month old

My daughter is 4 months old and I suddenly see redness in her eye. Morning it was only a red spot and now it looks like it has spread. She is active as usual  and doesn't seem to be bothered because of it until now.

Hii...redness can be due to many reasons. If redness is increasing kindly consult ophthalmologist For now use refresh eye drops 2 drops in each eye every 2nd hrly...it helps in clearing any dirt or allergen exposure
