My left eye is red for last 1 wk and waters. Right eye is fine. Also when I eat any food both eyes waters. I do not have any allergies. I have high BP which is under control. What could be the treatment of it?

Looks like Right eye rather .. May be some infection.. You will hv to show some doctor ...here we can only advise for some basic antibiotic drops r ointment ... Watering from eyes occasionally is normal .

You have dry eyes and blephritis. Instill Refresh liquigel 4-6 times a day in both eyes. You need treatment for blephritis also, treatment of which can be started only after some questionnaire.
