Redness and thin layer of skin peeled
I am using melapik-hq and advan-thf to treat dark spot but after 2 days I am seeing redness and also thin layer of skin got peel from that area.
Is this a major concern?
Should I discontinue using the cream ?

You might be using in an incorrect way I suppose
Before prescribing such combinations, Dermatologist usually advice how-to use it according to skin type, frequency and method adjusted
Either you are taking too much quantity or not following instructions properly
Corners of the mouth are more sensitive and its advisable not to use such creams on such area
