Redness and swelling in left eye

Since yesterday, my left eye is slightly red and it is swelled up a lil. 2 days back i came from a lomg bike red too. I took ikul yesterday and applied cold hanky over mt eye but nothing changed.. Any suggestion what should i do now?

Hello This could be due to conjunctivitis Try A.cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop frequently along with lubricating eyedrop Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards

there might be simple conjuntivitis or a foreign body .please put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. but if pain or foreign body sensation is also there then please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
