I am feeling redness and itching in left eye since yesterday evening. Some water is also seen.Please guide.

Hello There is some conjunctival congestion You can try A. Ketorolac eyedrop thrice daily for a week B. Use Lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist
