Redishness and itching in private parts

I have been suffering from redishness and itching in private part from 3-4 months, have taken some medication from 12 days, applying surfaz-sn ointment from beginning but as soon as I stop applying it situation reverse. Please guide is this only bacterial infection or some other problem and how long I can apply that cream.?

You do have this skin rashes and itching for about 3 months despite using medications It may be fungal bacterial or viral It's difficult to interpret without examination

The most common cause would be fungal infection. And Surfaz Sn is not effective now a days due to resistance. Kindly try one of local azole with one of oral allyl amines.
