I am in trouble with redness under my penis's foreskin and at the end of the penis bulb... It irritates and itches too... There is little pain during urination too and also there is a little pain when I am trying to pull or retract the foreskin gently....  I have been using Clotrimazole cream daily twice after washing the inside of the foreskin and letting it dry, but there is no relief... kindly help... is this a serious disease???
