I have observed 3-4 reddish spots which are sensitive whenever I pull my foreskin behind. I was it regularly with water and sometimes soap. I have tried using candid B cream. But this is happening frequently. I'm noticing less erections. I am also suffering from very severe premature ejaculation since last 2 years. Please help.
