I have a circular mark on my leg . It's a bit reddish and rough. I don't understand why it has come.

Hello.. Well sir I understand..but it's is really difficult to suggest you medication without examining the discolouration which is there on the leg..So I would definitely suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined about it.. Atleast meet a physician
