A reddish circular mark appeared above my right inside ankle over a year ago. It hasn't changed in appearance. About 2 cm in diameter. It sometimes itches although normally isn't a problem. If I scratch it the skin easily breaks and may bleed a little. I feel it is related to a problem of circulation that I have in my right leg and foot. My foot is bluish in colour but doesn't really pose any physical problem.
