If the inside side skin of one external piles out of 6 became inflame, warm and Red but not pain on defecation(painless red) but anus muscle is tightening.(after one week two external pile skin and continuing). It can be Infection or Normal Reddish.? (Note:I go to doctor he says not pain then this is normal reddish but my anus muscle is tightening with increase of reddish. and i previous have fungus infection near anus and perineum area) .
